Our inspection methodology is what makes us different from other inspection organizations. While our goal is to fairly and accurately report on the current condition of the home, we have a genuine passion when it comes to teaching moments.  

With 18 years of practical experience, our home inspections typically take 3 to 3.5 hours which is based on the Internachi Standards of Practice. A report is then provided with recommendations ranging from maintenance items to immediate repairs. We encourage you attend the inspection, ask questions and learn about your home.
